- Outcome
- 6,000+ attendees · ₦70M+ raised
The situation
Nigeria's storytelling community needed a gathering with cultural gravity — not just an event, but a recurring ritual people organise their year around.
Scaling that required more than bigger venues: it required a brand, a programming arc and a sponsorship model that could hold weight.
What we did
- Designed the brand narrative and the programming arc across editions.
- Built the sponsorship system — packages, partner value, and the case that justifies it.
- Developed a regional and international expansion strategy across multiple states and abroad.
- Grew partnerships and media relationships that compound edition over edition.
The result
Attendance grew from 120 people to 6,000+, with over ₦70 million raised in partnerships and sponsorships.
The gathering earned international media coverage and became a fixture rather than a one-off — proof that belonging, treated as the product, compounds.
