Business systems, operating structure and SOP development for a growing consumer food brand whose demand had outgrown the way it was being run.

- Repeatable day-to-day operations
The situation
Honeytreatz had real demand, repeat customers and a growing order volume — but the business still ran largely in the founder's head. Orders, production, fulfilment and customer communication all depended on the same person being available.
That made growth stressful. Every new order added coordination work instead of leverage, and mistakes were caught late rather than prevented.
What we did
- Mapped the full operating flow from enquiry to delivery, so every step had a visible owner.
- Defined roles and responsibilities, separating what the founder must decide from what the team can execute.
- Built SOPs for order intake, production planning, packaging, fulfilment and customer follow-up.
- Introduced simple operating rhythms — daily checks and weekly reviews — instead of ad-hoc firefighting.
- Set practical checkpoints so quality and delivery issues surface before the customer sees them.
The result
The business now runs on documented process rather than memory. Work can be handed to team members without re-explaining it each time, and the founder spends more time on growth decisions than on coordination.
Just as importantly, the structure is expandable: new products or new channels plug into an operating system that already exists.
